Air Duct Cleaning
The EPA ranks indoor air pollution among the top five health risks. Dirty air vents are a major cause of indoor air pollution. In fact, an air duct system is a breeding ground for bacteria, animal dander, mold and dust mites. These impurities can cause allergic reactions, breathing difficulties, infections and disease.
Our air duct cleaning equipment is a state of the art Brush and Vacuum system that cleans and removes debris at the point of contact. Plus, with our video system we are able to watch the cleaning so no spots are missed.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
There Is A Hidden Danger Spot In Most Homes Chances are you don’t look at it or even think about it. It’s the vent from your clothes dryer.
Overtime it fills with lint that slips past your dryer’s filter and builds up in the hose and pipes that vent the warm air outdoors. As the flammable lint builds up, it can become a fire hazard in your home that can ignite at any time.
A dryer with restricted air flow also runs significantly longer, causing your utility costs to rise.
Running longer increases the need for repairs and decreases the life of the dryer. By cleaning your dryer vent, we can help ensure your clothes dryer is BOTH safe and energy efficient.

Mold Remediation
Unfortunately, your air conditioning system and your air ducts are a common place for black mold to reside. Moisture plays a significant role in the growth of mold. Your air conditioning system can act as an incubator for black mold because of its constant change in humidity levels throughout the summer season.
If your air conditioner works as a dual heater as well, then it increases the likelihood of having a mold infestation at some point in time due to constant usage. Contact us for an inspection!
Preventative Maintenance
Why Regular Maintenance? It’s always easier to keep your heating and cooling system AND clothes dryer in proper operating condition than to have to spend thousands of dollars later to repair or replace your system when something goes wrong.
We recommend first a video inspection whereby we will insert a state of the art LED video camera on a 35 foot cable and inspect your ducts. You will see what we see on a 7″ video screen. This will accomplish a number of things:
1) We/You determine whether or not you even need your ducts and/or dryer vents cleaned.
2) Evaluate the degree of dust, lint, pollen, dust mites, debris etc… that are in your ducts.
3) Together we will discuss which service plan you qualify for.
